  Tavan is constantly in pain. A curse set upon him by the Deity of his homeland. There's a constant burning agony, all over, as if his entire being is hosting its own private Armageddon. Imagine death by cancer compressed into minutes. Imagine having all your skin flayed off. Whilst having all your teeth drilled. Whilst having your fingers nailed to a table. That's the tip of his iceberg of pain. Curiously, Tavan hardly lets this show, somehow managing to seal it off, lifting himself above and beyond the infernal pain- but it's still there.
  
  Just like any other Demon, Tavan is susceptible to various incantations/devil traps. The Key of Solomon for example; if he were to step foot inside the circle he'd remain trapped inside it as long as it's margins do not fade nor break.
  
  
  

  Mental:

  
  Personality: Tavan is a hard one to read. First impressions could leave one believing he was just a generally good guy, polite and charming to an extent. Of course, that was simply a ruse. Tavan generally shirks rules and traditions, "Those are for women, and cowards." he always said. He'd always had a problem with 'authority', he resented taking orders.. why bend to the whims of others when, in the end, it's you and only you that you could rely on. Ironically, the only reliable thing about him is how totally unreliable he is; if he teams up with somebody it is because their goals happen to coincide with his own at the moment- and his methods of achieving said goals? Disorganized, unorthodox, or entirely unpredictable are a few terms that might come to mind. Oh. And when it comes to making friends? Just the worst. Absolutely, positively the worst. He has almost no social skills, but what he found he could do is piss people off (That's generally his reason for doing something, by the way, because he finds he can.)
